Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility. Refunds or replacements will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Richard Floors cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting and using a Signed For delivery service.
